Arin has a bit of a strange situation in her life. She is the host of a mass of symbiotic tentacles that reside in her womb. Because of this relationship, Arin gets plenty of benefits, including improved stamina and metabolism, but it does have its drawbacks. The tentacles react harshly whenever Arin experiences intense emotions such as lust, fear, and, in this case, anger, making the tentacles become engorged and expanding poor Arin's belly.
And anger sure has gripped Arin here! I can't blame her though, the multiplayer in Gears of Duty: A Link Between Worlds XXII is pretty intense.
