I'm kind of amazed that no-one has yet commented on her name. A more obvious pun would be hard to find.
Incidentally, pregnancy is an excellent disguise for an agent. Most people, in most countries, are highly solicitous, and protective, of women in this condition. It's just difficult to believe that she might be up to spying; she has other things to occupy her time. Yes, she'll be obviously noticeable, but overcoming that presumption in innocence will be her best ally. However, the firearm is a giveaway, and one almost never used. She looks fine with it, however.
